Text
(1)Beginning September 1,
2026, and by each September 1 thereafter, the state department, with assistance
from the advisory board, shall prepare and submit an annual report concerning the
provider stabilization fund to:
(a)The health and human services committee of the house of
representatives and the health and human services committee of the senate, or
their successor committees;
(b)The joint budget committee;
(c)The governor; and
(d)The state board.
(2)At a minimum, the report must include:
(a)The number of low-income, uninsured individuals and the number of
medicaid, medicare, and children's basic health plan enrollees served by eligible
safety net providers that received provider stabilization payments in the
immediately preceding fiscal year;
(b)The allocation
