Text

(1)Beginning February 1, 2026, and each February 1 thereafter, the executive director shall prepare and submit an annual report to the house of representatives health and human services committee and the senate health and human services committee, or their successor committees; the joint budget committee; the governor; and the state board concerning the status of the primary care fund, created in section 24-22-117 (2)(b). At a minimum, the report must include:
(a)The number of uninsured or medically indigent patients served who have an annual household income at or below two hundred percent of the federal poverty guideline;
(b)The allocation of money to qualified providers;
(c)The state department's recommendations concerning the primary care fund; and
(d)The information
