§ 25.5-10-240 — Retaliation prohibited

No person shall be discriminated against because the person has made a complaint, testified, assisted, or participated in any manner in an investigation, proceeding, or hearing pursuant to this article 10, including the dispute resolution procedures in section 25.5-10-212 and section 27-10.5-107. A service agency, including the state department and any case management agency, shall not coerce, intimidate, threaten, or interfere with any person in the exercise or enjoyment of any right pursuant to this article 10, or on account of the person having exercised or enjoyed any right pursuant to this article 10, or on account of the person having aided or encouraged any other person in the exercise or enjoyment of any right pursuant to this article 10.
