§ 25.5-10-225 — Right to vote
Each person receiving services who is eligible to
vote according to law has the right to vote in all primary and general elections. As
necessary, all service agencies shall assist such persons to register to vote, to
obtain mail ballots, to comply with other requirements that are prerequisite to
voting, and to vote.
