§ 23-71-610 — Prior obligations not impaired
Nothing in this part 6 shall impair
the obligations of any bonds, or the refunding thereof, issued by a district prior to
July 1, 1964, or otherwise invalidate any such bond or the obligations or refunding
thereof.
