§ 23-1-110 — Organization, meetings, and staff
(1)The commission shall adopt
its own rules of procedure, shall elect a chairman, a vice-chairman, and such other
officers as it deems necessary, and shall keep a record of its proceedings, which
shall be open to public inspection. Meetings of the commission shall be open to the
public at all times; but, by a two-thirds vote of the members present at any meeting,
the commission may go into executive session for consideration of personnel
matters in accordance with part 4 of article 6 of title 24, C.R.S. No final policy
decision, resolution, rule, regulation, or formal action and no action approving a
contract calling for the payment of money shall be adopted or approved at any
executive session.
