As used in this part 2, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Board means the state board for community colleges and occupational
education created pursuant to section 23-60-104.
(2)Eligible elector of a local college district means an elector who has
complied with the registration provisions of article 2 of title 1, C.R.S., and who
resides within the local college district.
