Text
(1)In order to maximize economic and
administrative efficiency at the Auraria center and to further the goals articulated
in section 23-1-101, the general assembly finds it necessary that there be
comprehensive academic and facilities master planning for the use and
development of the Auraria center constituent institutions. Therefore, the
governing boards of the constituent institutions and the Auraria board, in
consultation with the Colorado commission on higher education, shall prepare
comprehensive master plans according to the following requirements and schedule:
(a)On or before a date to be set by the Colorado commission on higher
education, and in accordance with commission policies and procedures, the
