Text
No action shall be brought questioning the
legality of any contract, proceeding, or warrants or bonds executed or to be
executed by the Auraria board in connection with the provision of any auxiliary
facilities, as defined in section 23-5-101.5 (2)(a), provided or to be provided for the
purposes authorized by this article after thirty days have expired after the effective
date of any resolution or other official action authorizing such contract, adopting
such proceedings, or authorizing the issuance of such warrants or bonds.
