§ 23-70-103 — Responsibility of governing boards of constituent institutions

Text

(1)Except as may be expressly provided in this article, the respective governing boards of the constituent institutions are charged with the responsibility for, and shall plan, initiate, manage, and control, their respective programs within the Colorado system of higher education as provided in this article; and, in addition, said respective boards shall initiate and control joint academic and vocational programs among two or more of the constituent institutions at the center.
(2)The respective governing boards of the constituent institutions shall provide for a common academic calendar which is sufficient so that students may begin, make progress toward, and complete a course at a time which will allow full opportunity for enrollment in courses offered at any of the three const
