Text
(1)Notwithstanding any provision of this article 7.4 or article 7 of this title 23 to the
contrary, a member of the Colorado National Guard who maintains his or her sole
residence in Colorado, or the dependent of that member of the Colorado National
Guard, has in-state tuition status at any institution of higher education in this state.
Such member of the Colorado National Guard has in-state tuition status regardless
of whether he or she is eligible for or is receiving tuition assistance pursuant to
section 23-7.4-302.
(2)A student who is classified as an in-state student solely pursuant to this
section is not counted as a resident for any purpose other than tuition classification.
