§ 23-64-128 — Violations - criminal - penalty
Any person, group, or entity, or
any owner, officer, agent, or employee thereof, who willfully violates the provisions
of section 23-64-113 or who willfully fails or refuses to deposit with the division the
records required by section 23-64-125 commits a class 2 misdemeanor.
