Text

(1)In-state schools.
(a)Any person desiring to engage in the performance of the duties of an agent for a school located within this state shall be registered by the school upon forms to be provided by the division. The registration shall include the following:
(I)A statement signed by the applicant that he or she has read the provisions of the Private Occupational Education Act of 1981 and the rules promulgated pursuant thereto;
(II)A fee as required by this article 64.
(b)An agent representing more than one school must obtain a separate agent's permit for each school represented; except that an agent holding a valid agent's permit to represent a school shall not be required to obtain a separate permit to represent another school owned by the same entity to the same extent
