Text
Upon receipt of the petition provided in
section 23-61.5-101, the county clerk and recorder shall give notice to the eligible
electors of the respective school districts located in the area of the proposed area
vocational district that at the next regular biennial school election, or at a special
election which may be called for the purpose, the question of organizing an area
vocational district will be submitted to them.
