Text
The board
shall review each proposal by any board of cooperative services for the
establishment of any new postsecondary program of occupational education and
shall transmit its decision thereon to such board of cooperative services within
ninety days after receipt of such proposal. No board of cooperative services shall
establish a new postsecondary program of occupational education without first
obtaining approval from the board.
