Text
The board has the power to take and hold, by
gift, devise, purchase, or lease or through the exercise of the power of eminent
domain pursuant to law, so much land as may become necessary for the location
and construction of such buildings, structures, and other facilities as may be
required for the uses and purposes of the colleges in the state system.
