Text
Upon the termination of a
lease or contract executed under the terms of this article providing for the
construction and equipment of buildings, the buildings shall become the property
of the state, together with all equipment, furnishings, or appurtenances therein
contained or thereto attached; except that personal goods or effects of an
occupant may be removed.
