(1)Repealed.
(2)On and after September 1, 2002, upon the termination of any lease or
contract executed with private persons or corporations for the construction of
buildings under the terms of sections 23-52-107 to 23-52-113, the board of trustees
is empowered to rent rooms or quarters in buildings erected under such leases or
contracts for such reasonable compensation as it deems best in relation to current
operation, maintenance, and upkeep costs.
