§ 23-52-112 — Leasehold interest may be sold
(1)Repealed.
(2)On and after September 1, 2002, nothing in sections 23-52-107 to 23-52-113 shall prevent the transfer or sale of the leasehold interests prior to their
expiration, subject to the approval of the board of trustees.
