§ 23-52-109 — Buildings - control of
(1)Repealed.
(2)On and after September 1, 2002, the management of buildings erected
and equipped under the terms of sections 23-52-107 to 23-52-113 and the scale of
rentals thereof shall be subject to the approval of the board of trustees.
