Text

(1)There is hereby established the Colorado geological survey within the Colorado school of mines. The Colorado school of mines board of trustees and its designees shall have sole authority to supervise the functions, planning, management, and fiscal procedures of the Colorado geological survey. The purpose of the survey is to encourage by use of appropriate means the full development of the state's natural resources to the benefit of the citizens of the state.
(2)Repealed.
