Text
For the purpose of obtaining funds for the
planning, constructing, and equipping of research buildings and facilities for the
Colorado school of mines, the board of trustees is authorized to enter into contracts
with any person, corporation, or state or federal government agency for the
advancement of money for such purposes and providing for the repayment of such
advances with interest from the Colorado school of mines research building
revolving fund.
