Text

The board, at its first meeting and biennially thereafter, shall elect one of its number president of said board, and shall also appoint a secretary and a treasurer, either from its own number or other suitable persons as it may deem best, and prescribe their duties, and, at any time in its discretion, may remove such secretary or treasurer. The meetings of said board shall be held at Golden, Jefferson county, Colorado; except that, when the work of the board so requires in its discretion, it may hold meetings at any other place in the state of Colorado.
