Text
The board of governors of the
Colorado state university system may cooperate with the United States department
of agriculture or any of its departments or agencies, the Colorado department of
agriculture, other states, counties of Colorado, any organized group of Colorado
citizens, and such other agencies, firms, or individuals as may be necessary or
desirable to prosecute the provisions of this part 1.
