Text
All agricultural operations
shall be carried on experimentally for the instruction of the students and with a
view to the improvement of the science of agriculture in the state of Colorado. Such
reports as may be required by the board of governors of the Colorado state
university system shall be submitted in accordance with the directions of the board.
