§ 23-31-106 — President - duties

Colorado·Title 23 Postsecondary Education·Art. Colorado State University
The president shall be chief executive officer of the Colorado state university, and it is his or her duty to see that the rules and regulations of the board of governors of the Colorado state university system and the faculty are observed and executed.
