Text
The board shall fix the salaries of the
chancellor, presidents, and other system staff that report directly to the board and
shall prescribe their respective duties. The board may delegate the authority to set
salaries for professors and other employees of the system to the chancellor and
presidents. The board may remove the chancellor, presidents, or subordinate
officers and fill all vacancies.
