§ 23-30-116 — Board to choose presidents

It is the duty of the board of governors of the Colorado state university system to choose the presidents of the institutions it governs. In case of a vacancy in an office of president, the board shall appoint an interim president who shall perform the duties of the office until the board selects a president.
