§ 23-30-114 — Board to choose chancellor and certain staff
(1)It is the duty of
the board of governors of the Colorado state university system to choose:
(a)A chancellor of the Colorado state university system, who shall serve as
the chief executive officer of the system; and
(b)Other system staff that report directly to the board.
