Text
It is the duty of the secretary to keep a
record of the transactions of the board of governors of the Colorado state
university system and keep and file all reports that may be required at any time,
which shall be open at all times to the inspection of any citizen of the state. The
secretary shall also have the custody of all books, papers, documents, and other
property which may be deposited in the secretary's office.
