Text
Neither the members of the board, employees
or agents of the authority, nor any person executing the bonds or notes or advance
payment contracts shall be liable personally on bonds or notes or advance payment
contracts or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the
issuance thereof or as a result of the prepaid expense program.
