Text
The division is the agency
authorized to enter into contracts concerning the programs established by Title IV,
Part B of the federal Higher Education Act of 1965, 20 U.S.C. 1071, as amended. To
the extent any fiscal policies required by the federal Higher Education Act of
1965, 20 U.S.C. 1071, as amended, are in conflict with state fiscal policies, the
division shall comply with the required federal policies.
