Any provision of this part 5 declared to be
unconstitutional or otherwise invalid shall not impair the remaining provisions of
this part 5 or the provisions of part 6 of this article. Any provision of part 6 of this
article declared to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid shall not impair the
provisions of this part 5 or the remaining provisions of said part 6.
