§ 23-21-519 — Nonliability of state for bonds
Neither the state of Colorado nor
the regents shall be liable for bonds of the authority, and such bonds shall not
constitute a debt of the state or of the regents. The bonds shall contain on the face
thereof a statement to such effect.
