Text
All meetings of the board of
directors shall be subject to the provisions of section 24-6-402, C.R.S. No business
of the board of directors shall be transacted except at a regular or special meeting
at which a quorum consisting of at least a majority of the total membership of the
board is present. Any action of the board of directors shall require the affirmative
vote of a majority of the total membership of the board.
