Text
(1)By July 1, 2025, and no later than July 1 each year
thereafter, a representative of the program shall submit a report containing the
data collected pursuant to section 23-21-1103 (6) and recommendations for
legislative or regulatory changes to facilitate effective implementation of the
program to the health and human services committee of the senate, the health and
insurance committee of the house of representatives, or their successor
committees.
(2)Notwithstanding section 24-1-136 (11)(a)(I), the reporting requirement in
this section continues indefinitely.
