Text

No funds of the university shall ever be, directly or indirectly, loaned to the president or any of the regents, professors, or other officers of the said university; except that the board of regents may make loans secured by an equity interest in real estate in Colorado from funds not appropriated by the general assembly to full-time faculty members if such secured loans are made pursuant to a faculty housing assistance plan promulgated and approved by the board of regents.
