§ 23-20-129 — Bonds

Colorado·Title 23 Postsecondary Education·Art. University of Colorado
(1)The regents of the university of Colorado are hereby authorized to issue bonds as provided in this section for the purpose of obtaining funds for the planning, construction or other acquisition, and equipping of research buildings and facilities, wherever located in the state of Colorado, for the university of Colorado. Any such buildings and facilities shall be related to the research mission of the university.
(2)Such bonds shall be in such amount, shall mature at such time or times, shall bear interest at such rate or rates, and shall otherwise be sold and issued in such manner and on such terms as provided by the regents of the university of Colorado.
(3)Such bonds shall be payable from, and shall be secured by a pledge of, the university of Colorado research building
