§ 23-20-120 — Donations - invested
All donations of money, securities, or other
property shall be conveyed to the regents of the university and invested as other
funds of the university. Donations may be made to, and for the sole use of, any of
the departments of the university, and donations so made shall be kept in a
separate fund for the use of such department.
