§ 23-20-118 — Investments in consolidated funds

Unless otherwise restrained by the terms of a will, trust agreement, or other instrument of gift, the regents of the university of Colorado are authorized to hold investments in one or more consolidated investment funds in which the participating trusts or accounts have undivided interests.
