Text
The president of the university
shall make a report on the first day of September of each year to the board of
regents. The report shall exhibit the condition and progress of the institution in its
several departments, the different courses of study pursued therein, the branches
taught, the means and methods of instruction adopted, the number of students with
their names, classes, and residences, and such other matters as he may deem
proper to communicate.
