§ 23-20-104 — Meetings - quorum
The meetings of the board of regents shall
be held at such times and places as the board may appoint; but not less than two
meetings per annum shall be held at the university. The president of the board may
call special meetings where he deems it expedient, or special meetings may be
called by any three members of the board. A majority of the regents shall constitute
a quorum and be competent for the transaction of business.
