Text
Notwithstanding any
provision of section 24-75-203 (1), C.R.S., to the contrary, the Colorado student loan
program may authorize and, upon such authorization, the state treasurer shall make
an advance without interest from the college opportunity fund to a governing board
to assist the governing board in managing its cash flow. An advance made pursuant
to this section shall be repaid within the same state fiscal year in which the advance
is made.
