Text
(1)The commission,
in cooperation with the state and participating private institutions of higher
education, shall maintain a record of the number of credit hours for which each
eligible undergraduate student receives a stipend from the college opportunity
fund. The commission shall also maintain any confidential information concerning
eligible undergraduate students participating in the program.
(2)The commission, in consultation with the governing boards, shall
determine by policy when to forward to each state and participating private
institution of higher education a report on the number of credit hours accumulated
by each eligible undergraduate student against the lifetime-credit-hour limitation
established pursuant to section 23-18-202 (5)(c). Each institution shall make
