Colorado Statutes
§ 23-16-216 — Civil penalty
On motion of the attorney general or the district
attorney, the court may impose a civil penalty of not more than twenty-five
thousand dollars for a violation of this part 2. Moneys collected under this section
shall be transmitted to the state treasurer and credited to the general fund.
