Colorado Statutes
§ 23-15-114 — Purchase
The authority may purchase its bonds or notes out of
any funds available therefor. The authority may hold, pledge, cancel, or resell such
bonds or notes, subject to and in accordance with agreements with bondholders or
noteholders.
