§ 22-96-105 — Reporting
(1)In any fiscal year in which the general assembly
makes an appropriation to the department for the purposes of the program, each
education provider that receives a grant through the program shall report the
following information to the department each year during the term of the grant:
(a)The number of school health professionals hired using grant moneys;
(b)A list and explanation of the services provided using grant moneys; and
(c)Any additional information that the state board, by rule, may require.
(2)On or before May 1, 2015, and on or before May 1 in each fiscal year
thereafter in which the general assembly makes an appropriation to the department
for the purposes of the program, the department shall submit to the education
