Text
The school year shall begin on the
first day of July and end on the thirtieth day of June. The term national holidays in
this title shall be construed to mean Thanksgiving day, Christmas day, New Year's
day, the third Monday in January, observed as the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King,
Jr., Washington-Lincoln day, Memorial day, Labor day, Independence day, and
Veterans' day.
