§ 22-96-102 — Definitions

As used in this article 96, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1)Behavioral health care means services to prevent, identify, and treat substance use disorders, substance misuse, and mental health disorders, including services to support social-emotional health. (1.5) Department means the department of education created and existing pursuant to section 24-1-115.
(2)Education provider means a school district, a board of cooperative services, a charter school authorized by a school district pursuant to part 1 of article 30.5 of this title, or a charter school authorized by the state charter school institute pursuant to part 5 of article 30.5 of this title. (2.3) Program means the behavioral health care professional matching grant program created in section 22-96-103 (1)(a).
