Text
As used in this article 94, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Department means the department of education created and existing
pursuant to section 24-1-115, C.R.S.
(2)District means a school district, a group of school districts, or a board of
cooperative services as defined in section 22-5-103 (2).
(3)Licensed teacher means a teacher licensed pursuant to article 60.5 of
this title 22.
(4)Program means a quality teacher recruitment program created by a
vendor through a contract with the department.
(5)Vendor means a for-profit or nonprofit organization.
